PRESIDENT & CEO
Before moving into the franchise world, Jamie was a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley’s Southeastern Wealth Management Group. Prior to that he was a director at Barclays Wealth and an Executive Director at UBS. Jamie received his B.A. in classical rhetoric from Huntingdon College and an MBA from the University of Georgia. Jamie currently resides in Marietta with his wife, two daughters, and two yellow labs . He has a passion for golf, classic cars, and good country music.

National Sales Director
Bringing over 17+ years of management experience in the fitness industry, Mike joined Jamie Weeks in 2014 to start the building of Orangetheory Fitness franchises. This partnership contributed to the rapid growth and expansion of Honors Holdings. Mike graduated from Towson University with his B.A. in Communications and Business Administration. Mike is passionate about spending time outdoors with his wife and dog Pip, and is an avid fitness and car enthusiast.
Chief Operations Officer
Bringing 18 years of experience in business development, sales, and operations experience working in software and technology companies including GE, McKesson, Allscripts, and Healthstream. Before joining the Honors Holdings Team she oversaw strategic direction, resource management, and business performance as the CEO at VVDC, LLC an authorized franchisee and Area Developer of Orangetheory Fitness in Georgia. Stacie holds a Bachelors of Science from North Carolina State University in Business Management & Marketing.
Chief Financial Officer
Mirko is originally from Germany and came to the United States in 2000 for his career. He has lived and worked all over the world - including the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia (pretty much every continent except Antartica). He and his family are quite the international crew and they have dual citizenship.
Mirko loves spending time with his wife and daughter and riding horses. He is beloved in the office as the guy who brings in donuts!
SC Fitness Rep
Dan has been in the fitness/coaching industry for over 8 years and 4 of those have been with Orangetheory. His favorite OTF workout is Endurance!
Dan moved to the US from England over 10 years ago (yes he still has the awesome accent!). He has played on soccer teams in over 5 countries.
Regional Manager- SC
Nikki has been with Honors Holdings for almost 5 years but has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 25 years. She graduated with a BS degree in Kinesiology from the College of Charleston.
Nikki is always looking for the next outdoor adventure! She solo backpacked the 77 mile Foothills Trail, unfortunately during the South Carolina 1000 year flood!
Human Resources Director
Brittney has seen the company grow from 9 studios to 75 in her 4.5 years at Honors. She started as Jamie's EA and worked her way up to HR Director. She has lived in Atlanta for 8 years and resides with her husband Mike, two doodles, and brand new baby girl.
Brittney lived abroad in Spain for a year teaching English after graduating from Georgia Southern. This was coincidently about 9 more months than she was allowed to stay and because of that she was banned from the EU for 2 years. She can't wait to go back now that that has expired!
Cortney graduated from University of West Georgia. She has been with Honors Holdings since its inception in many different roles both in studios and in the corporate office.
Cortney loves animals more than people. She exclusively befriends animals, including the wild turkey that runs around the Honors Holdings parking lot. She will chase it around with bread to make sure it is well fed.
Michele started as a sales associate in one of the Honors Orangetheory studios in 2015 and transitioned to headquarters in 2018.
Michele loves to bake and try new recipes but rarely likes to eat the sweets she makes. If she was in an eating contest she would choose pizza!
Regional Area Rep - Sales/Ops
Olivia graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor's in Psychology. She has been at Honors Holdings for 6 years and loves making a positive impact on the community and people around her!
Olivia was a competitive cheerleader for most of her life which sparked her love for fitness and healthy living. She has run a marathon, owns a frenchie named Moose, and is learning to roller skate!
Krista Lee Miele
Regional Manager -OR
Krista graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor's in Anthropology and a minor in Biology. She has been with Orangetheory since 2013 and began at Honors Holdings in 2015. She still has the same love for the brand that she did on day 1!
Krista loves to hike (this is her on a hike in Oregon) and her favorite quote is "To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift."
Zane has been at Honors since 2018 and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from Dalton State College. He lives in Adairsville with his wife Sarah and young son.
Zane lives by the words of his idol, Forest Gump, specifically "Stupid is as stupid does" and ”My mama always said. ‘Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.”
Director of Sales
Shaun studied at Presbyterian College in South Carolina. He moved to San Diego after graduating to start his career in the fitness industry. He later moved back to South Carolina where he began his career with Honors Holdings.
Shaun's traveled to some of the coolest locations in the country to work and live since joining the Honors team. He lives by the motto "Face your fears now or you will face regrets later."
Regional Manager - MA/RI
Born and raised in and around Boston, Jim originally began his work career in finance before switching to fitness as a personal and group fitness trainer. Starting as a part time coach at Orangetheory Brighton, he worked his way up to regional fitness trainer. In December of 2019 Jim joined the Honors Holdings team, starting with his role as a regional fitness trainer before dedicating all his efforts to Honors Holdings as their Regional of Mass and Rhode Island.
Angela graduated from the University of Georgia and has worked in the tech startup and fashion industries. She lives in Midtown Atlanta with her dog, Pepsi. She prefers to live without a car and walk, bike, or scooter everywhere.
Angela's bonus year of college she gave 3 credits back to UGA so they wouldn't force her to graduate. She used that 5th year to do an internship in NYC and study abroad in Tuscany. Not a bad way to use 3 credits!
Before joining the Honors team, Morgan was the controller at an alternative investment firm in Atlanta. Prior to that, she worked in public accounting for PwC. Morgan holds a Bachelors degree from Harding University in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is from Huntsville, Alabama, and loves to hike, run, and try new coffee shops in her free time.
Head of Social Media
Stef's life revolves around her daughter, her girlfriend, soccer, and all things fitness! She became a member of Orangetheory in 2018 and immediately fell in love with the studio, community, and workouts. A year later Stef walked through the doors as an employee and the rest is history.
Stefani has a terrible fear of heights yet has never turned down an invite to cliff jump. Apparently her FOMO is worse than her fear of heights.
Regional Manager - North GA
Toni lives in North Atlanta with her husband, Brian, and 2 children, Andi and Brooks. She has worked for Honors Holdings for 6 years and has loved every second of it.
Toni has spent her time during the shutdown training to run her very first full marathon. She is an active sport parent and has a different baseball hat for every occasion.
Regional Fitness Manager
Billy Boynton believes that correcting dysfunctional movement patterns while building core strength and coordination is the foundation of a strong and healthy body. He holds degrees in Exercise Science and Emergency Medical Systems and has a passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals.

Adam attended Kennesaw State University and graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance. He spent 11 years in the restaurant industry, and ended his career in restaurants as the Operations Manager of Sushiology in Kennesaw. Following his career change, Adam began working for E*Trade as an Associate Financial Services Representative before joining the Honors Team in February 2021.
Adam loves The Denver Broncos, his girlfriend Kayla, their 2 dogs George and Jude, and ICE CREAM!
Regional Area Rep - Sales/Ops
Alyssa graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Public Communication. She a certified personal trainer and started with Orangetheory in 2017. Alyssa has been a studio manager, a head coach, and now a regional. She does it all!
Alyssa lived in 7 different states in a 5 year span and studied abroad in Queensland, Australia!
Regional Manager - Metro Atl/ S. GA
Rachel graduated from UNC- Chapel Hill with a BA in Exercise Science. She started with Orangetheory in North Raleigh before relocating to Atlanta. She moved her way up to regional manager after a few short years.
Rachel is excited to push the importance of fitness and health in 2021! She loves to hike and go on walks with her 3 dogs. Her goal is to see all 7 wonders of the world and hike every national park!
Maria has worked for Orangetheory for a total of 6 years. She previously worked for two other ownerships and took a short leave to try something different but missed the culture and came back to OTF 2 years ago.
Maria is a big college football and Braves fan. One thing most people don't know about her i that she is obsessed with aquatic life, real and mythical. She also speaks three languages (English, Spanish and French)!
Director of Coaches
Vanessa has 12 years in the fitness industry and holds 22 certifications including ACSM and AFAA. She has been with Orangetheory for 7 years and Honors Holdings for 6 years.
Her favorite quote is "The earth has music for those who listen"- William Shakespeare.
Jonathan is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, but moved to Atlanta from Saint Paul, MN, where he graduated with a degree in Political Science from Macalester College. He started at Orangetheory as a member, but joined the staff shortly after. Prior to joining the SCOPE Team, Jonathan was a Head Coach for 5 years.
Jonathan loves working out and spends his spare time competing as a professional ballroom dancer, and holds many awards. He is also an avid cook and loves posting his creations on social media (along with pictures of his 3 cats)!
Regional Manager - PA/KS
Shannon was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA before moving to State College, PA to attend Penn State University. She graduated and became a teacher for 4 years prior to moving into the OTF space. From Sales Ambassador to Coach to Studio Manager and now Regional Manager, she loves to experience all sides of the brand.
Shannon loves to read, lift, and drive her Jeep. Her perfect day is spent on the beach with a good book and a fun crew of friends. She loves her two pups more than almost anyone and would take them to work with her if she could!
Assistant Regional Manager-MA/RI
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Giuseppe has always had a passion for fitness. He moved to Boston where he attended Berklee College of Music to study Music Business Management. Giuseppe juggles a touring lifestyle with his band and his professional fitness career. He has worked his way up from a sales representative to now being a part of the Honors Holdings Regional team.
Giuseppe loves to have backyard cook outs with friends and go on runs with his dog Roxy. One of his favorite quotes is, “I don’t have problems, just more work to do.”
